VISION:
1. Our primary purpose is to worship Jesus Christ & bring Him glory.
- Worship is an essential element for us to come into the presence of God.
2. To lead others in worshipping Jesus Christ
- Make it as easy as possible to people to participate in worship.
- Doing singable songs with friendly arrangements.
- Facilitating particpation - modeling worship - lifting hands, praise, clapping, etc.
3. To continually develop, release people into worship ministry, reproduce more teams.
- All participants on the worship team are 'ministers'.
- Constantly creating opportunities for people to be part of the worship ministry.
4. In everything we do, we do with excellence to glorify God
- Bringing our 'best' to the table
- Not performance - but honoring God.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Character - Heart turned to God - living a life worthy of the calling.
2. Competence - Musical ability - ministering skillfully.
3. Commitment - Committed to the church and to worship ministry.
4. Calling - Recognize we are all ministers in Jesus Christ. Are you called to worship ministry?
